Building Leaders for a Premier Mechanical Contractor
Silicon Valley Mechanical (SVM), recognized as one of Northern California’s top mechanical contractors, partnered with me to elevate their leadership team and company culture through a tailored training initiative. After a collaborative assessment with their executive team, I developed a core program of four leadership classes—Effective Communication with DISC Assessment, Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence, and Conflict Management—initially delivered to top management, then extended company-wide. These interactive, practical workshops laid a strong foundation for leadership excellence and fostered a unified approach to growth.
The success of the initial rollout led to the Core Four leadership classes becoming a standard part of SVM’s annual training, establishing a shared language and set of principles across every level of the organization. As the program continued to evolve, I introduced additional courses into SVM’s internal offerings, further supporting professional development for their workforce.
My partnership with SVM has since deepened, including a range of additional consulting projects and personalized coaching for managers and employees. SVM has become a core client, and my ongoing collaboration with them reflects a mutual commitment to continuous improvement and the development of strong, effective leaders throughout their organization.
