Auburn Mechanical partnered with me to create and deliver the LEAD Program—a fully customized leadership development experience designed for both field leaders and project managers. This program was meticulously tailored to reflect Auburn Mechanical’s unique culture, values, and strategic direction, ensuring every component resonated with the realities of their teams and operational goals.
Spanning 24 interactive hours of learning, the LEAD Program empowered participants with practical leadership skills essential for today’s jobsite and project demands. The curriculum included:
