Communication Training and Workshops

First Forward can bolster the communication effectiveness of any team or company through the application of DISC Behavior Analysis and Fierce Conversations workshops. First Forward is certified through Fierce, Inc. to delivery several of their foundational training classes including Fierce Foundations, Team Conversations, Delegation Conversations, Coaching Conversations, Confrontation Conversations, and Fierce Accountability. Financial Training

With over 20 years of “in the trenches” financial experience, First Forward can build relevant and effective financial management courses that will be understood and applicable to anyone in the organization from the individual contributor to senior management. Instructor Training and Development

Our group will assist fellow training partners and subject matter experts in developing and sharpening their facilitation and instruction delivery skills. Our Instructor Training and Development programs offer training on effective design techniques as well as tips for keeping things interesting and fresh in the classroom. We offer classes on using adult learning theory and brain science to increase retention in the classroom and offer consulting on designing and implementing various training methods to facilitate and engage students.

Corporate Training Program Design, Management, and Integration

First Forward offers consulting, design, and implementation of corporate training programs. From big to small, we will integrate existing employee development programs with new training objective to obtain company-wide systems that maximize efficiency across all functions and departments.
