Project Brief
First Forward is excited to be involved in a series of ground breaking projects for the Mechanical Contractors Association of Kansas City. We are working closely with the Association and its members to create foundational training programs for member project managers and service professionals. The programs will be a series of industry specific classes designed bring member firm employees together to learn fundamental skills relevant to all mechanical contracting firms. The group is developing a basis of adult learning that fosters both technical and advanced leadership skills to industry professionals. Our team is charged with both designing content, and training subject matter experts to effectively delivery course material.
